I always feel a little nervous ordering things online, especially when you are buying something being sent across the country. We live outside of Edmonton, Alberta, so it had a long journey to get to us from Montreal. My experience was absolutely amazing! We ordered the Swilt in the Cast Slate color, with the white pole finish. It is a beautiful color, not quite a gray, or a cream, it can go either way depending what you match it with. The throw pillows are nice and firm and feel like they will last for many many years to come. Josh, gave me incredible customer service and never made me feel rushed when I had a few extra questions about the umbrellas and pillows. I have never seen umbrellas this good of quality before receiving these.
We bought a 10ft Swilt. The canopy is large enough to easily cover my entire table set and provide shade for the whole family as we dine.
I love the fact that I am able to turn my umbrella with the sun as it moves during the day, and I love how easy it is to actually turn the umbrella

My retirement days have been getting better ever since my child bought me this awesome umbrella. I can now watch my grandchildren play around and use this umbrella easily. it has excellent features and works perfectly for my old age.
The air vented top makes the umbrella steady. It has the perfect weight that any umbrella should have at 14lbs. The aluminum 1.5-inch pole fits well with my base, and the terylast fabric is just incredible. Since it's summer, the Terylast material felt like the best choice for me.
Awesome canopy design with the best fabric in the market. I settled with the terylast fabric design. Ironically, I wasn't looking for a tiltable umbrella, but now I see why people love umbrellas they can tilt.

I could not find a patio umbrella that fits my specification until I checked out Midtown umbrellas. They had everything I was looking for. The Swilt has a nice aesthetic touch to my patio.
It gets sweltering here in Louisiana. The swilt sunbrella has helped me immensely, for it provides excellent shade, and it's been two months, and the terylast fabric hasn't faded at all
Superb delivery. I was impressed with the delivery guys. They are so friendly and willing to help. The company kept me on the lop on how far the delivery progress was, and even though they were a day late, their constant cimmunivcations kept my worries at bay.
I want to thank the Midtown umbrella for the opportunity to use a different design that was not among in their online platform. I had to think it out with customer care, and now I won myself a contract with several clients. This is a win I appreciate!!
I am not fond of rusted furniture and was skeptical that the aluminum might rust. So far, four months down the line, and o haven't seen any signs of rusting. The ribs are flexible enough to bend away from the wind.
I got exactly what I had seen online. The 9ft umbrella is beautiful, sturdy, and the shade is the best. The terylast sand color works for me, and for the two weeks I have had the umbrella, I have no single regrets about buying the Swilt.
My 9ft Swilt umbrella with the Sunbrella fabric is perfect. It gives me all the shade I needed, and it feels different sitting under the shade. It's the first one I have seen with a zinc allow cranking system.
I use this umbrella for my small business, and I can't complain. It shades my customers exceptionally well while adding a great aesthetic value to the umbrella's whole outlook.

A warranty of ten good years? I can amply use the umbrella with zero worries. The quality is unmatched to most of the patio umbrellas I saw, and the price may be high to other um brellas, but it is understandable thanks to the features it has.
Midtown umbrella allowed me to customize my patio since I was able to match the terylast fabric colors with that of m pillows. The umbrella was a significant upgrade to my whole patio look, very functional and easy to open and close.
